Hi, my name is Tracia and I will be your designated trainer. I am a certified personal trainer who is lucky enough to own a fitness studio here in Los Angeles.
I have been training clients for over 2 years now and during that time I’ve come to realize that my clients gravitate towards me because I can relate to their fitness struggles. I have been both overweight and underweight at different points in my life so I know exactly what to do and what not to do where your fitness goals are concerned.
